Well, Skinny is, probably, the cheapest wireless provider in New Zealand. If your place is situated in an area with good 4G coverage, you can, definitely, give it a try.
Pros
Speed is better than ADSL.
Place independent.
No contact.
Good Huawei modem.
Excellent price.
Big amount of traffic (100GB).
Cons
It is wireless, therefore, not really stable.
Speed is good only in the areas with strong 4G signal.
Fibre is still better.

OK speed, OK reliability, incredibly poor support. Need to spend some of their massive profits on NZ based customer service.
Pros
Stable, reasonably consistent speeds.
Cons
Cut off my phone for a week during install. Be prepared to wait, and wait... and wait for service calls.

Easy to contact, quick response and good provision of service. Speed and data limit more than sufficient for my (low user) requirements.
Pros
Quick and easy contact and setup. Local provider, so their contact centre had a good knowledge of the region. Account queries answered promptly.
Cons
Not as fast as fibre or VDSL, but fast enough for my needs - no issues playing videos from You tube videos or online MOOC courses.

Terrible speed (nearly unusable) and no real help from the support, just: "Well it should be faster, let us charge you $200$ for telling you that's most probably your fault". My internet suppose to to be around 15 Mbps - it's usually around 2,5 Mbps (that varies depending on time of the day!) Uploads ~0,5 Mbps!
Pros
I would like to say it's cheap, but price is comparable to anything else on the market so I can't.
Cons
No contract.

Cons
None yet

Would have given a lower rating but system only goes as low as one.
Pros
Desperately needs some pros to replace the amateurs.
Cons
They all work for Spark.

An excellent choice
Pros
Fantastic speeds at good price.
Cons
They use CG NAT, so can't run a server without a static IP
